Megan Thee Stallion Litigation Update: Photographer Files Amended Complaint with New Allegations

Megan Thee Stallion's former photographer, Emilio Garcia, has filed an amended lawsuit alleging discrimination, harassment and retaliation, citing her "hypersexualized and graphic lyrics." The 54-page complaint adds ten claims to the original suit, which contended Garcia was misclassified as an independent contractor and denied proper compensation. New allegations include an incident at a New York City strip club in February 2022, claims of being shamed for eating during Megan's diet, and witnessing sexual acts involving Megan in a car in Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022. The complaint also discusses Megan's October 2024 song "Best Friends," as its lyrics pertain to the Ibiza incident. Additionally, Garcia alleges Megan threw a TV remote at his head in August 2022. Megan's attorneys have denied these claims, describing them as irrelevant to the core wage, labor and employment dispute.
