Tikran Babayan is a litigation attorney at Valiant Law whose practice spans labor and employment law, civil litigation, contract disputes, class actions, and judgment enforcement. He represents plaintiffs in high-stakes matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability accommodation, whistleblower claims, wage-and-hour violations, and other complex workplace disputes, while also bringing a deep understanding of contract law and experience litigating contract-based and business-related claims. In addition, Tikran has experience handling class action matters and pursuing aggressive judgment enforcement strategies to help clients turn hard-fought victories into meaningful recovery. He also has trial experience, having second chaired a federal jury trial through verdict.
