Tammy is Of Counsel with Valiant Law, where she handles a range of matters involving civil litigation, insurance coverage, general liability defense, and employment litigation. Prior to joining Valiant Law, she practiced at a municipal law firm where she litigated code enforcement matters and at a national civil litigation defense firm where she focused on premises liability, products liability, professional liability, general business, and construction defect litigation. Tammy earned her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. While at law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable James Ware (Ret.) of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and Witkin Award for Academic Excellence, both in legal research and writing. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
