Kelcey graduated magna cum laude from the University of La Verne, College of Law. While in school, Kelcey served as the President of the Student Bar Association, a Staff Editor on Law Review and as a Teaching Assistant for both Civil Procedure and Constitutional Law. In her final year of school, Kelcey served as a Judicial Clerk for the United States Navy Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals and was Published in the University of La Verne, Law Review Journal. Kelcey has applied her work ethic and legal skills to advocate on behalf of her clients in a wide range of civil employment litigation matters.
