Joe has years of experience defending companies in complex litigation, including matters involving employment, construction, product liability and financial services industries. These clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies to individuals, small businesses, governmental entities, and insurance companies. In addition, Joe has experience drafting and negotiating contracts, interpreting insurance policies and counseling companies on risk mitigation. After years of representing employers, Joe decided to use his knowledge and experience to provide a strong voice for employees. Now, Joe’s practice focuses on representing employees who have faced sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination or have otherwise been mistreated in the workplace.
