Ujala Batool is an associate attorney at Valiant Law where she specializes in Labor and Employment law. While in school, Ujala was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Team, winning numerous awards, including the annual In-house Negotiations Competition and Best Advocate at a National Negotiations Competition. She also served as the Vice President of the Moot Court Competition Board and was a regional finalist at the Thomas Tang Moot Court competition, beating out third year students in her second year. While at the Fowler School of Law, Ujala earned the Entertainment Law Certificate and was a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, which recognizes a student for being a top performer in various legal subjects. Ujala is known for her professionalism, dedication, and her strong advocacy skills, which she uses to stand up for her clients in civil litigation matters. Ujala is skilled in resolving complex employment-related matters through both litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods, achieving favorable results for her clients across a wide range of industries.
